ASSET TOKENISATION AND PRIVATE TRADING

Bring your assets into the digital economy.

TriParty Tokenisation works with asset owners to structure the journey from documented assets to blockchain tokens and agreed private trading arrangements. We coordinate review, contractual custody arrangements, token creation and trading preparation through one connected process, so you deal with one team from start to finish.

A collaborative approach. Asset-specific agreements. A share of realised trading profits.

TriParty Tokenisation: Real assets. Global opportunities.

Your asset. A structured path forward.

Many valuable assets are held through traditional financial or legal structures. Using them in a digital environment requires more than creating a token. It requires verified documentation, clear authority, agreed custody arrangements and a defined route for their intended use.

We bring those stages together. Working with the owner or authorised representative, we assess the asset, establish the contractual framework and coordinate an appropriate token structure. Where accepted by the relevant counterparties, the resulting tokens or agreed funding can then be used in a private trading arrangement.

Asset review and onboarding

We review the applicant, the asset documentation, ownership or authority, custody information and proposed use before deciding whether to proceed.

Custody arrangements and tokenisation

We establish the agreed custody or control framework and create a dedicated token structure linked to the asset’s approved documentation.

Trading coordination and profit sharing

We coordinate trading preparation and counterparty discussions. Any trading activity and distribution of realised profits follow the signed agreements.

End to end

One team. From your asset to agreed trading.

Once your asset comes to us, we manage the whole journey: review, custody arrangements, token creation, trading coordination and reporting. Each stage is set out in your agreements, and you deal with one team throughout.

Financial instruments and real-world assets

We consider documented financial instruments and other assets whose ownership, permitted use and supporting rights can be established. Each submission is assessed individually.

  • Medium-term notes (MTNs)
  • Long-term notes (LTNs)
  • Treasury and other government securities
  • Corporate and other bonds
  • Bank guarantees and standby letters of credit, where suitable
  • Receivables and other documented financial claims
  • Real-world assets, including property, commodities and asset-backed structures, where suitable

Eligibility depends on the specific asset, restrictions, documentation and proposed structure. Submitting an asset does not mean it has been accepted.

We work alongside the asset owner.

Our approach is based on a contractual collaboration with an agreed share of realised trading profits. There is no upfront tokenisation fee to the asset owner. Any agreed trading or transaction costs, profit allocation and distribution terms are set out before implementation.

Start with the asset you already hold.

Tell us what you hold, where it is held and what you want to achieve. We will review the information and explain the appropriate next steps.

Onboarding and Process

From first enquiry to
an agreed trading structure.

A clear sequence of checks, agreements and technical steps connects your asset to its intended digital use. We keep the asset, its documentation and its authorised use aligned throughout the process. From receipt of your asset to reporting and distributions, one team coordinates the whole journey.

Each stage depends on the preceding approvals. Timing varies with the asset, documentation, counterparties and required checks.

Progression is subject to approval, signed agreements and counterparty acceptance.

01

Submit your asset

Provide your contact details, your role and an initial description of the asset: type, stated value and currency, issuer or identifier where applicable, current custodian and remaining term. Share only supporting documents you are authorised to disclose.

02

Client and asset review

Our onboarding includes KYC and AML checks, sanctions screening, review of beneficial ownership and, where relevant, source-of-asset information. We also examine ownership or authority, custody, restrictions, existing commitments and intended use. Additional evidence may be requested. Technical token creation begins only after the required acceptance and approvals.

03

Agree the collaboration

If the asset is suitable, we provide the proposed contractual framework: parties, authorised use, responsibilities, duration, profit-sharing arrangement and treatment of agreed costs. Profit shares are agreed individually and recorded in the signed agreement. No fixed return is promised.

04

Establish custody and control

The relevant custody or asset-control agreements identify where the asset remains, who can instruct its use and how token wallets and permissions are managed. The asset may remain with its existing custodian where the agreed structure allows. Tokenisation does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying asset.

05

Create the asset-specific tokens

Once contractual and technical requirements are satisfied, we coordinate the smart contract and token issuance for the approved asset, recording the agreed token quantity, designated wallets and applicable controls. Separate assets are issued through their own dedicated structures. Ethereum or Polygon may be used where appropriate. Token supply and any stated valuation inputs do not themselves establish available cash or funding.

06

Prepare the trading arrangement

We work toward an agreed private trading route with the relevant counterparties, which may involve direct acceptance of the tokens, financing against agreed rights, or conversion into an accepted settlement asset. Trading begins only after counterparty acceptance, any required funding and execution of the relevant trading, custody and settlement documents. Token creation alone does not guarantee a trade desk will accept the tokens or provide liquidity.

07

Account for results and distribute profits

Reporting, agreed costs and distributions follow the transaction documents. Realised and distributable trading profits are allocated according to the agreed share. The agreements also address losses, termination, token treatment and the end of the asset’s term.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sell my asset?

Not necessarily. The proposed arrangement depends on your asset and the rights you can lawfully grant. Ownership, custody and permitted use are addressed in the transaction documents.

Is there an upfront fee?

There is no upfront tokenisation fee to the asset owner under our intended collaboration model. Agreed trading and transaction costs are addressed in the relevant agreement.

Are the tokens offered to the general public?

Our proposed arrangements are private and transaction-specific. This website does not offer tokens for purchase or invite retail investment.

Can a broker submit an asset?

Yes. State your role and identify the owner. We will require evidence of authority and any necessary direct engagement with the owner before proceeding.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on complete documentation, verification, the agreed structure and counterparty requirements. We discuss the anticipated timetable after reviewing your submission.

Are liquidity and returns guaranteed?

No. Funding, counterparty acceptance and trading results are not guaranteed. Trading can result in losses.

How long do the tokens remain in place?

The intended duration and end-of-term treatment are defined for each asset in its agreements, with reference to the asset’s remaining life and the applicable structure.
